To change the address of your subscription, log into your Halo Beauty account and first click “Manage Subscriptions”, then “Shipping addresses.” Here you can either update the current address, or add a new one altogether for those instances where you may have multiple subscriptions going to multiple addresses (i.e. for gifts or other options).
When making changes to your subscription, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your next subscription’s charge date in order to allow sufficient time for any changes to be processed. Once your order is placed, there is no cancellation of that order as all sales are final.
